Scope of the Alliance

This alliance currently applies to player born between 2008 and 2014.

All 4v4, 7v7, and 9v9 teams will continue to operate independently under their respective clubs.

1. Strategic Rationale

  • Roster Stability: The alliance addresses the challenges posed by the 7-player rule, enabling both clubs to field full 11v11 teams by combining resources and talent.
  • Enhanced Player Development: Merging talent pools allows for more competitive and developmentally appropriate teams.
  • Cost-Effective Option: Families benefit from a high-quality, local alternative to larger market clubs.
  • Player Retention & Growth: Keeps more players engaged in local soccer, supporting long-term growth for both clubs.
  • Coaching & Facilities: Increases access to qualified coaches and improves field availability and quality.

2. Team Formation Strategy

Year 1 (2025–2026)

  • Teams: Girls in 2010/09, 2011, and 2012 age groups. 2013 may add a few players if needed
  • Tryouts: Team assignments and coaching staff will be announced after tryouts
  • Policy: Playing up an age group will be rare and based only on exceptional developmental needs. The combined talent pool will provide appropriate challenges within each age group and teams will play tougher competition.

Year 2 (2026–2027)

  • Girls: All 11v11 girls teams will be included in the alliance
  • Boys: All 11v11 boys teams will be included in the alliance
